  • When and where will the congress take place?
    The congress will take place from February 13 - 16 at the exhibition center, parallel to the BIOFACH and VIVANESS trade fairs. The VIVANESS Congress will take place in the VIVANESS exhibition hall 3C.
  • How will the congress program be designed?

    The congress program is designed by industry players for the industry. Every year in late summer (at the end of August at the latest), the call for ideas for the following year's congress program is published. The deadline for submissions is then 6-8 weeks later. From the abundance of proposals, the congress program is selected and compiled. 

  • When will the congress program be published?
    The congress program will be published at the end of December and then continuously updated.
  • In which languages is the congress held?

    Congress languages are German and English. Selected contributions will be translated simultaneously.

  • How can I, as an exhibitor, provide information about (product) innovations?

    Exhibitors are of course invited to submit topic proposals for the congress. However, content that is promotional or one-sidedly product-related cannot be considered for the congress program.

    It is possible to book exhibitor presentations for a fee. 

  • What is the scope of the congress?
    Over the four days of the trade fair, the BIOFACH and VIVANESS Congress will feature a total of around 120 congress sessions.
  • How long do the individual congress sessions last?
    The individual session lasts 45 or 90 min.
  • Can I also watch the congress presentations online?
    The congress presentations can be viewed as a recording on the "talque" trade fair platform of BIOFACH and VIVANESS (for at least 3 months). Access to the digital platform is provided to trade fair visitors and exhibitors with the ticket for the trade fairs. Digital access is of course included in the ticket price.
