WiFi throughout the site

As a visitor of VIVANESS, you are online free of charge throughout the exhibition venue.

Lockers and cloakrooms

You can find lockers in the entrance areas – you can leave coats, jackets or items of luggage in the cloakrooms for a fee of EUR 2 a piece.

Please note that luggage items have to be left at our wardrobes.

Restaurants and cafés

The following restaurants are open for VIVANESS: Behaims, Süd (hall 4/5), Nord (hall 8/9). The "Lavazza Bar" is located in the passageway between halls 5 and 6, the restaurant "Vasco da Gama" in NCC Ost, level 1. You can also find cafés below the Brüssel room in NCC Mitte as well as below the escalator in NNC Ost. Moreover, the caferterias in our service areas Service 1, Service1/2, Service 4/5, Service 6/7, Service 9 and our barbecue-sites between 2 and 4, 7 and 8 are at your disposal.

As well as restaurants and cafés, the site plan shows all the car parks, entrances and exits, and toilets.

Wash rooms and WCs

You can find wash rooms and WCs near the Mitte, West and Ost entrances, in all the service areas between the halls and in NCC Ost. Disinfectant dispensers are provided in sufficient quantities.

Cash machines

You can withdraw money in the entrance areas of NCC Ost.
Possibilities for contactless payment are focussed in all areas.

Lost property

You have lost something? Please contact our colleagues from Security Control Unit (SCU) at T +49 9 11 86 06-70 00. They can tell you if the lost property has been turned in.

First aid

In emergencies, first aid is provided in the Operation Center, in NCC Ost and NCC West.

Due to the current situation, specially trained medical assistants are of course also available.

Childcare

For parents who have been unable to organise childcare, NürnbergMesse offers a childcare facility in the Service Center Mitte (SCM Mitte, near Mitte entrance). The opening times are are the same as the opening times of the exhibition. Children at the age of at least 3 years are accepted. Drinks will be served. Please provide your children with enough to eat since there is no food served!

Pets

At BIOFACH and VIVANESS it is not allowed to bring pets for hygienic reasons, as BIOFACH is a food fair. Guide dogs and assitance dogs are, of course, an exception to this rule.
