Embedding diversity in food value chain: Strategies to valorize agrobiodiversity
Increasing agrobiodiversity is essential to rise the resilience and health of our food systems. To achieve this it is important to look at consumer preferences and define a suitable marketing strategy. In the session, we present different approaches for the valorisation of food diversity and the results of two representative surveys on consumer preferences for food diversity in the EU.
