Creative olive oil cuisine
Olive oils of the highest category "extra virgin" offer an extremely wide variety of flavors. They are therefore much more than pure edible fats, they are spice, flavor carrier and flavoring agent. Creativity knows no limits. Especially the sophisticated gastronomy can create something new and surprise its guests in a pleasurable way, from starters to desserts. Two inventive examples from the "olive oil kitchen" can be tasted in this presentation and discussed in the round with the chef.
