cosmondial GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 2008 by Silke and Stephan Becker in Aschaffenburg. The development of natural & organic cosmetics that combine the best of the glittering, “conventional” cosmetics world with high-quality ingredients and resource-saving packaging, had begun. Having been established at the edge of the Bavarian Spessart Nature Park, yet close to the metropolis of Frankfurt am Main, the company always has its finger on the pulse. From the start, cosmondial GmbH & Co. KG has been a family-run, group-independent company. The next generation is already on the starting blocks with the two elder children, Marie and Moritz.

This concept revolutionised in 2010 the area of natural cosmetics - at the time, the range available did not look right and was, above all, expensive, making it unaffordable for the wider market.
To ensure costs do not get out of hand, we use packaging which is cost-effective and, in many cases, standardised, but is nonetheless modern, and does away with unnecessary gimmicks. So environmentally damaging packing boxes are taboo from the get-go. All advertising expense in examined intensively to assess its impact, and is spent as frugally as possible. This gives us the budget for high-quality, natural cosmetic products.

benecos bears the BDIH or COSMOS ORGANIC mark for certified, inspected natural cosmetics and many care products are also certified by the British Vegan Society.
In addition, benecos products are glutenfree and free from genetically-modified organisms. Nail varnishes are not certified, but are less aggressive than many comparable conventional products. Depending on the colour, they are based on up to 90% plant raw ingredients.

MODERN AND ENVIRONMENTALLY-FRIENDLY PACKAGING
The GRN care products are available from retailers in plastic, glass and paper packaging. The PE that we use is an excellent material for manufacturing packaging and is easy to recycle. In addition, this packaging material ensures that the cosmetic product meets all requirements of stability, barrier reliability and hygiene, thus creating the perfect symbiosis of a clear-cut, modern design with high functionality, ease of use and reduced material consumption. Thanks to carefully selected, diverse types of bottles and tubes for the individual product categories, the overall impression is attractive but also offers orientation at the same time, preventing the products being confused for each other under the shower or in the bathroom.
The decorative cosmetic products are offered in aesthetic packaging, for which paper has been used instead of plastic where possible. Pleasant haptics and an attractive design are thus united for a harmonious overall impression.
53 skin and hair care products and 42 products from the decorative cosmetics segment offer a wide choice of products and colours for nature-loving customers.
Where possible, only vegan formulas with no animal ingredients are used for GRN.
