“Caponata”, Hummus, Artichockes-hearts and several pates (artichockes, aubergines, turnip greens and many others) are made with organic vegetables coming from Libera Terra lands. All vegetables are farmed in open fields, hand-harvested in several moments. Each Libera Terra preserves maintain the tastes and flavours of the Mediterranean gastronomy with recipes which stem back in time using fine quality ingredients.
