Production area: Acciaroli coast- National Park of Cilento

Soil structure: Plenty of shale, limestone, clay and sandstone and significantly lower PH

Altitude: 200 mt. a.s.l.

Grapes: 100% Primitivo

Vineyard: 12 years old

Harvest time: 07-15 September whith the grapes that have reached the right ripeness and are still                         not too alcoholic

Number of vines:  8.000 plants/Ha

Production per hectare: 40 Q.li/Ha

Ageing: - After de-stemming the grapes ferment from spontaneus yeast in stainless tanks for 12 months. For two daily pumping over at a controlled temperature of 22°C and 10 days of  maceration. Few replacement with a lot of oxygen in order not to over-extract and immediately combain anthocyanins and tannins ferment for 7 days. We keep fruit without too many tannis.

Refining: - After racking and subsequent malolactic fermentation the wine is kept at lees 6 months in a French oak barriques of second hand before being bottled.

Colour: Rubry Red



Alcohol content: 14,0% VOL

Serving temperature: serve at 18-20°C, uncork half an hour before serving.

Serving: Rost, braised meat

Box: 6 bottles 750 ml.
