Ageing: - After de-stemming the grapes ferment from spontaneus yeast in stainless tanks. for two daily pumping over at a controlled temperature of 14°C and 10 days of maceration. Few replacement with a lot of oxygen in order not to over-extract and immediately combain anthocyanins and tannins ferment for 7 days. We keep fruit without too many tannis.
Refining: - We refine in stainless tank for six months, inhibiting the malolatic with the cold.

Alcohol content: 13,0% VOL
Serving temperature: serve at 12-14°C, uncork half an hour before serving.
Serving: it easily pairs with appetizers, firs courses, no-spicy second courses and …………………..
