Production area: Acciaroli coast- National Park of Cilento

Soil structure: Plenty of shale, limestone, clay and sandstone and significantly lower PH

Altitude: 200 mt. a.s.l.

Grapes: 100% Primitivo

Vineyard: 12 years old

Training system: Guyot

Harvest time: 15-20 august whith the fresh grapes

Number of vines:  8.000 plants/Ha

Production per hectare: 40 Q.li/Ha

Ageing: - After de-stemming the grapes ferment from spontaneus yeast in stainless tanks. for two daily pumping over at a controlled temperature of 14°C and 10 days of  maceration. Few replacement with a lot of oxygen in order not to over-extract and immediately combain anthocyanins and tannins ferment for 7 days. We keep fruit without too many tannis.

Refining: - We refine in stainless tank for six months, inhibiting the malolatic with the cold.

 -3 months in bottles

Serving temperature: serve at 12-14°C, uncork half an hour before serving.
