Organic brown rice will be germinated by using a special germination process and then gently dried to approx. 3% - 5% moisture content - within 45 minutes using a unique drying technology. As a result, the product has a long shelf life of up to 24 months.

The product contains organically bound SELENIUM, ZINC and COPPER (these microelements contribute to a normal function of the immune system) - as well as bifidobacterial cultures.

The company is selling under the brand "Dr. Sprout "Organic foods based on germinated grains and germinated seeds, produced according to a special germination- and drying-technology, developed by Dr. Föglein (biologist and researcher).

If the seeds have reached the highest value of vitamins and nutrients during germination, the germination process will be interrupted and the products will be dried to a moisture content of 3% - 5% within about 45 minutes (!) at temperatures of less than 40 ° C.
