Observing current trends of the bakery market and customer's needs, we decided to meet them and create the possibility of daily delivery of fresh BIO gluten and BIO gluten-free bread.
In addition to the supply of fresh products, we also offer frozen bread for long storage with the option of baking in the shop or at the customer's home. We are the first company in Poland that offers the possibility of selling warm, fragrant BIO gluten and BIO gluten-free bread, which is baked in a special barrier foil to preserve the purity of the product (baking 30 minutes, temperature 165°C).
Specialized BIO gluten products are produced at the plant in Iłowo-Osada, and BIO gluten-free products are produced at the plant in Kisiny near Dzialdowo. The plants have the quality certificate of food production management FSSC.
They meet all the rigorous standards associated with gluten-free production, laboratory tests for gluten have confirmed its content below 3 ppm - below the detection threshold.
It means that people suffering from celiac disease, hashimoto, and other people using a gluten-free diet can safely take breads from this group.
In addition, our products have a certificate signed by Lab BIO CERT confirming their organic character.
