L'abbraccio is an oil obtained from the olives of the "Minuta" cultivar. This variety is distinguished by high production costs due to its low yield. Minuta oil has a very delicate taste. This is an oil with a yellow-green colour, with a medium intensity fruity and yet persistent aroma. Characterized by a sweet, harmonious flavor with hints of bitter and spicy taste, a balanced oil with a light scent of almond and grass. This is one among the few sicilian oils distinguished by some floreal notes. Excellent to be served with a variety of meals, such as fish, salads, legumes, fried fish and potatoes.
