Marchesi has a long story to tell through its products: starting from the traditional durum wheat couscous of the origins, the range is expanded with the introduction of organic products, first derived from just durum wheat flours, then completed with special cereals such as spelt, kamut, barley, quinoa, which are followed by the processing of "naturally gluten-free" flours of rice and corn, coming up to buckwheat, lentils, chickpeas, and sorghum flours.
Specialized in "industrial" product supplies to important customers operating in the national and foreign market, today, with the brand new packaging line dedicated to retail and catering, we can arrive directly on the consumer's table in practical packs.
Recently, the activity of the R&D department has been strengthened, through the study of innovative production processes that have led the Marchesi Company to fine-tune exclusive recipes that cannot be found elsewhere. Moreover, the "naturally gluten-free" products have obtained the health authorization, being able to satisfy in this way a category of consumers with special dietary needs. In addition to this, we have expanded our range with selected products such as coarse couscous and different kinds of bulgur, excellent for the preparation of the tabuleh.
Thanks to the facility of use and preparation of these products, it is enough to have a bit of imagination to create always different, healthy and light dishes, without giving up on taste.
