You require only the following fresh ingredients:
VEGAN: 310 ml oat drink & 10 ml rapeseed oil
HIGH PROTEIN: 2 eggs, 240 ml milk & 10 ml rapeseed oil
Preparation: Preheat the oven to 150°C using the fan-assisted mode. Grease a brownie tin. Put the baking mix and the fresh ingredients (depending on your preference) into a large bowl and, using a mixer, blend to a smooth consistency. Transfer the mixture into the tin and bake for approx. 45 minutes (vegan version) or 25 minutes (with milk and eggs).
Tipp: Savour the brownies straight from the tin while still slightly warm.
Variation: The baking mixture can be used to make 8 muffins
