Our 100% dark Chocolate Bars, are overall global winners of the Golden Bean Award from the Academy of Chocolate.
We do not use chemical alkalisation for flavour manipulation.
We do not add flavour manipulators like Vanilla..
Fine- Finely ground for excellent mouthfeel.
Fresh- we make within days of fermenting the cacao, unlike most chocolate where it could take many months and even years.
