Our home-grown garlic cloves are peeled, sliced and dried at a low temperature in order to maintain all the natural flavour.
To use, add approx. 3 litres of water for each kilo of dried garlic. Drain after 15 minutes for garlic you can use as if it were fresh. It can also be added straight to the pot in stews, soups or sauces.
1 kilo of dried garlic equals 3 kilos of fresh garlic.
