Our R&D department has been working for months to find a recipe that combines the typical texture and taste of foie gras.
The ingredients choice was essential in its formulation. The cashew nut and coconut oil are the sources of the meltingly soft texture of VEG'gras®, so similar to Foie gras. Several spices, as well as alcohols (white wine and cognac) have been used to remind the festive taste of Foie gras. The ingredients chosen are 100% vegan, organic and gluten free.
