In our bakery you will find state-of-the-art equipment with sophisticated technology that makes baking easier for us today. And yet something has remained the same for generations. Since our great-grandmother opened the Ultner Brot bakery in 1919, we have grown our own natural sourdough ourselves and produce almost all our products by hand. Because we are of the opinion that everything that is good should remain the same.
