Our powerful bone broth, such as for example the beef broth, is unique in its manufacturing process and the resulting taste: we produce our powerful bone broths in our own manufactory, following a traditional recipe and way of production, which is contrast to most industrial producers. This means that the stock is produced just like chefs of star restaurants would do it. For our powerful bone broths we use organic bones and vegetables and let them simmer for more than 24 hours with fresh herbs in the kettle. After that, our chefs degrease the broth and fill it into eco-friendly glass jars. A real slow-food product! The result is a powerful base broth, which serves as a base for all our products as well as a base for customers with which they can cook their own soups and sauces. For our vegan version, the vegetable stock, we only use fresh vegetables from certified organic production, which we let simmer for 4 hours in the kettle. Due to this production method, we do not use any flavor enhancers, preservatives or additives, but only the best ingredients for a powerful taste. Due to our IFS certification, the customer receives a safe and nutritious product of natural ingredients that provides valuable nutrients such as collagen.
