This decaffeinated coffee on an espresso basis from 90% Arabica and 10% Robusta beans is characterised by a pleasant and full-bodied flavour; it comes exclusively from selected organic and fair trade productions in Central America and South Asia. The coffee is decaffeinated in its raw state using the CO2 process, the only acknowledged organic process. The traditional slow-roasting method produces an especially mild, stomach-friendly and aromatic coffee. The light and refined acidity makes for superior coffee enjoyment. Coffee is Fairtrade certified, traded, audited and sourced from Fairtrade producers, total 100%.
