The Italian Organic Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar with Ginger and Turmeric is obtained by direct transformation of Organic Apple Juice made with high quality whole apples and not by the regeneration of concentrate apple juice.
The spices, such as Ginger and Curcuma, are added by infusion, in this way all the aromas, flavors and properties of the raw materials are maintained and preserved.
Turbidity and sediment are due to the "mother of vinegar" which is the substance that gives rise to spontaneous acidification process.
The absence of filtering means that the product remains raw and retains its properties.
