Organic birch sap

Birkengold was established in 2011 and is Austria's market leader for sugar free products. It is owned and managed by the founders and has an innovative product development team with two nutritional scientists. We already supply the organic, natural food and reform trade in Austria, Germany, Italy, France, Switzerland, Poland, Slovakia and the Czech Republic.

Our mission is to deliver top quality healthy products, with no additives, no added sugar and no preservatives. All products are vegan. The main product is xylitol - a natural sweetener. The organic xylitol is obtained from corn and the conventional xylitol is obtained from finnish birch and beech bark. It looks and tastes like sugar and is equally sweet but has 40 % less calories. Many studies confirm the positive health effects for the teeth. Birkengold offers xylitol in pure form and also processed in many other products (cookies, chocolates, jams, chewing gums, candys, ...) All products are sweetened only by xylitol, without any sugar added and all ingredients are organic (if available). Since 2015 Birkengold sells organic birch sap, with summer 2017 Birkengold presents an organic xylitol pure range.
