Potato Starch has superior water binding and viscosity building capacity compared to other starches and it swells at low temperatures. It is a clean starch: no taste, no flavor, clear gel and it is allergen and gluten-free, GMO-free and EU origin.
The main application areas for potato starch are Soups, Desserts, Gravies, Pudding, Bakery, Pasta, Coatings, Dry blends, Instant meals, Confectionery, Gluten-free products, Processed Meat products and Vegan products.
Packaging: 25 kg paper bags or 1000 kg big bags. Also possible to consumer pack under private label. Shelf life 48 months.
