Due to its fibrous consistency and the fact that it can very well accept the taste of spices, it can be used excellently for the preparation of meatless dishes. Ingredients: Jackfruit*, water, sea salt, organic lime juice*, *from organically controlled cultivation
- Drain pieces of jackfruit and rinse with cold water.
- Cut the Jackfruit pieces into strips and marinate.
- Heat in a frying pan with a little oil for about 10 minutes at medium heat.
- Turn occasionally and refine with spices or a sauce at will.
