Due to its fibrous consistency and the fact that it can very well accept the taste of spices, it can be used excellently for the preparation of meatless dishes. In addition to jackfruit curry, burgers, diced meat and BBQ, delicious spices or sauces can create a wide variety.
Ingredients: Jackfruit*, water, sea salt, organic lime juice*, *from organically controlled cultivation
Preparation tip:
- Drain pieces of jackfruit and rinse with cold water.
- Cut the Jackfruit pieces into strips and marinate.
- Heat in a frying pan with a little oil for about 10 minutes at medium heat.
- Turn occasionally and refine with spices or a sauce at will.
