Our gluten-free linseed oil bread is made from golden linseeds. It contains high-quality sesame protein and almond protein, giving it a particularly high protein content of nearly 20 %. With only 5 grams of carbohydrates and 20 grams of fibre in each 100 grams, this bread is perfect for athletes and health-conscious consumers.
On top of these great properties, our baking mix is extremely easy to use. It can also be baked into bread rolls or baguettes.
