Our syrup is made of the sweet and nutritious sap of the
coconut blossom that is harvested with great care several
times a day. It is made into a fruity-sweet syrup that has
a slight taste of caramel. Compared to syrups and other
products made of sugar cane it boasts a high content of
potassium and a low glycemic index.
The fact that the coconut palms grow in a natural environment in mixed palm forests, helps promote sustainability as well as biodiversity.
