Agave syrup is extracted from the heart of the agave plant. First of all, the juice is filtered. Afterwards it is heated at low temperature until the juice is concentrated to a syrup liquid. Its colour is light and the syrups taste is mild.
Flavour & Application
The light and mild syrup is perfectly suitable for sweetening muesli, yogurt, dessert, bakery products as well as for cold and warm liquids like tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. It can also be used to top off sauces and dressing.
