Under the name Bonga Red Mountain® Original Food offers a Nespresso®*-compatible coffee capsule of convincingly unique taste. The coffee is fairtrade-certified and complies with all regulations of an organic product from wildcollection.
The unrivaled Ethiopian wild coffee is now also available in a compostable coffee capsule – so nothing but its taste remains!
The capsule is completely aluminium-free and compostable according DIN EN 13432. That means: In only 12 weeks already more than 90% of the material has been decomposed to water and CO2. Resources are being protected and waste piles avoided. A clean alternative for NespressoÒ-systems!
Available in the varieties Ristretto, Espresso, Lungo, Light Roast and Decaffeinato.
Ristretto, 25 ml or ca. 9 sec (intensity 9):
Very intense, concentrated espresso with a fruity, dark keynote and tones of dark chocolate. The slow roasting makes this ristretto a wonderful intensity and full body. Especially suitable for aficionados of italian espresso culture.
Espresso, 85 ml or ca.18 sec (intensity 7):
Full-bodied espresso with an aromatic keynote, mild acidity and discrete sweetness. We have selected special wildcoffee forests for our „classic coffee“ that are capable of emerging the fascination of the Kaffa region in your cup.
Lungo, 120 ml or ca. 25 sec (intensity 4):
Café Creme with an aromatic keynote, delicate fruity tones and a subtle sweetness. It has a light, but full-bodied taste and is a true pleasure - also in larger cups.
Light Roast, 110 ml or ca. 25 sec (intensity 3)
Light roasted Café Creme with an aromatic and nutty keynote, light fruity notes and a delicate sweetnes.
Decaffeinato, 40-100 ml (intensity 6)
Decaffeinated wild coffee, depending on lead time it can be prepared as Espresso or Café Creme
