At Öko Bäckerei Konditorei Mauerer GmbH we are cultivating the old traditions and values of bakery trade in our everyday work since 1936. We do this as a middle-sized family business in its third generation.
Producing pastries in an ecologically way for over 25 years now is our active contribution to environmental protection. We are using almost exclusively ingredients of organic sources and raw materials mainly selected from regional suppliers, respectively. In addition, the compliance of our resources with animal welfare regulations is particularly important for us. Moreover, we waive any usage of chemical additives in our pastries.
To improve our environmental management system we exclusively cover our energy needs by renewable energies. A third of this comes from our own photovoltaic system.
