We can replace the sugar with several different other ingredients like: Agave, Corn syrup, Xilit, Maltitol or Stevia.
Our carob chocolate is specialy made for those with a cocoa allergy. This chocolate has no cocoa protein, it is also a chocolate without sugar because it is sweeted with corn or rice. Carob is found in asia and the mediterranean. It grows on the st. john's tree (carob tree) which is an evergreen. The carob we use in the chocolate comes from the peas of this tree.
For those who are lactose intolerant, we have 3 special chocolates:
- Soy chocolate
- De-lactosed milk chocolate
- Rice milk chocolate
Soy chocolate is made with a special powder out of the soybean. Soy is one of the main ingredients in all kinds of foods in Asia.
The rice milk chocolate is made out the best selected rice milk powders to replace milk. This delicious milk chocolate is almost the same taste as normal milk chocolate. It is also Vegan.
The de-lactosed chocolate is the same as the original milk chocolate recipe.
