Diliberto's passion towards the oil begins in 1880, when the great-grandfather Salvatore begins his business as oil miller. Since then much has changed in the process of processing olives but the passion has remained the same as before.
The matured secrets have been handed down, from generation to generation, from father to son, as a guarantee of a commitment and care that have always distinguished Diliberto family. chi siamo.
In 1974 the grandchildren of Salvatore went further, buying one of the first continuous-cycle mills, which allowed to innovate all the phases of olive processing. In 1980, the activity passed to the great-grandchildren.
1998 represents a turning point: Giuseppe Diliberto to make the family mill a place of excellence. He decides to start his own business and to create the BIOLOGIC-OIL, a company that treasures the past, exalts the present and looks to the future. Now it is no longer a simple oil mill, since it also becomes a brand that proposes its own excellence in oil.
From the cultivation to the hand harvesting of the olives, to all the steps that allow the transformation into the extra virgin olive oil, scrupulousness, experience, avant-garde techniques and attention guarantee the maximum exaltation of the organoleptic properties of each cultivar.
Today, the company has two main production lines.
Mille900® Oil with a delicate taste, light to medium fruity, with hints of almond and a slight hint of grass. It comes from the careful mixture of the best native cultivars that, combined in a soft harmony, give rise to a product that lends itself to delight the most refined palates.
FIORDIDRUPA® Bright oil, with an average intense and persistent fruitiness, with hints of grass and tomato. It is the result of a wise combination of the most widespread cultivars in the nisseno territory, from whose physical and climatic peculiarities derives its properties and its unique and inimitable taste.
