Doves Farm Foods Limited was established by Michael and Clare Marriage in 1978. Today the business operates two brands, Doves Farm and FREEE.
Doves Farm is an award-winning, British family-owned organic flour brand which is regarded as a pioneer in organic, ethical and sustainable farming and food production. With 20 different flours in the range, not only do Doves Farm offer traditional organic flours like plain, wholemeal and pasta flour, they have also led the way in introducing ancient grains back to the UK and offer exciting alternatives such as Einkorn, Emmer, Spelt, Rye, KAMUT® Khorasan and Buckwheat.
FREEE is an award-winning gluten free brand and home to the #1 gluten free flour range in the UK. The brand offers trusted and naturally gluten free food for the whole day, including flour, baking mixes and baking essentials, pasta, breakfast cereals, cookies and oat bars. They’re also certified Kosher and many are organic and vegan. All products are produced in dedicated production facilities, subjected to rigorous testing regimes and always clearly labelled.
Both Doves Farm and FREEE supply major retailers, independents, wholesalers, foodservice, bakeries and food manufacturers from their milling and packing facilities on the Berkshire/Wiltshire border in the UK. Both retail and bulk pack solutions are available.
