My wife and I became vegetarians after seeing a Youth of Today show in 1988. After thirty years we are still veg and we work in our company located in the north east of Italy. Every day we prepare our recipes made with tofu seitan and tempeh. The product for which we are best known is seitan which is hand washed under running water as well as the ancient original method. Our mission is to mix vegan food with traditional Italian recipes, this is the reason why we only use selected organic products mainly grown in Italy.
