We are a small family owned cheese-makery, producing artisan Gouda cheese. We are located at ecological business park in the north of the Netherlands and in the UNESCO nominated town Veenhuizen.
Our cheeses are unique and we are able to make many types of Gouda cheeses of outstanding taste. In several countries top restaurants are serving our cheeses. Furthermore, we make cheese from several types of (organic) milk, like (Jersey) cow, goat, sheep or buffalo. Next to the existing range we are continuously developing new flavours. For instance, we have a cheese with locally grown seaweed, local triple beer or Italian truffles.
