GUSTI TOSCANI GLUTEN FREE SRL is a new, young company, but since 1957, through three generations, we work hard in fresh pasta production.
GUSTI TOSCANA GLUTEN FREE srl is located in Capraia e Limite, next to FI-PI-LI highway. Our high quality staff works with passion and dedication to produce and create more and more deliciuos and tasty gluten free fresh pasta. We constantly study and research, producing not only pasta for celiac disease but for all food intolerances due and connected to gluten free diet. In recent years we also improved our vegan pasta production. In our brand new industrial building, inaugurated end of april 2019, we produce high quality products using most advanced technologies. We have all the authorizations from Italian Ministry of Health for gluten free food production, and BRC, IFS, BIO and Eccellenze Italiane. We produce simply or filled fresh pasta, in different sizes and tastes, such as gnocchi, ravioli, tagliatelle short cut pasta and some typical regional recipes. We use carefully selected ingredients to prepare fillings of our fresh pasta. Master pasta makers and chef test personally our recipes. We only use natural ingredeints, without any thickener and preservatives, any chemical dyes, any hydrogenated fats and glutamate. Products traceability is ensured from supply chain, we carefully control food raw materials from beginning to end of the production process, always guaranteeing high quality standard of our final product. We supoort daily deliveries through the whole national territory. Our mission is to meet customer requirements, satisfying any kind of needs.
