The company 'Unikornis GmbH' is an international company.

The company is selling under the brand "Dr. Sprout "Organic foods based on germinated grains and germinated seeds, produced according to a special germination- and drying-technology, developed by Dr. Föglein (biologist and researcher).

If the seeds have reached the highest value of vitamins and nutrients during germination, the germination process will be interrupted and the products will be dried to a moisture content of 3% - 5% within about 45 minutes (!) at temperatures of less than 40 ° C.

Thanks to this fast and gentle drying technology, these high values ​​of vitamins and vital substances are preserved and the products have a very long shelf life.

All products have a very high bioavailability and have raw food quality.

The product portfolio includes pre-emptive foods (superfoods) which have optimal bioavailability as well as pre- and symbiotic foods, which can help maintain a healthy intestinal flora and a strong immune system.

The raw materials are either finely ground as "mono products" or filled as whole seeds in cans, or by addition of e.g. Bifidobacteria and organically bound zinc, selenium and copper to "immune-assisted superfoods".

All products can also be sold as BULK goods for industrial processing.

Private-label cooperation and special "product developments" are also possible.
