Up to today, the Muria's family history has been written by six generations of beekeepers: a family tradition that has sculpted the know-how and skills of our honey master craftsmen.
The marvelous work of the bees, the privileged environment in an area declared a Natural Biosphere Reserve, te agri-environmental quality of our Mediterranean and Pyrenees forests, with advanced technology have empowered our company Miel Muria to create a range of high quality bee products.
To benefit from each blossom in their own respective blossoming season, the Muria's family hives are moved to the best flowering zones of the country.
Also all of our organic products are harvested scrupulously respecting the environment and nature.
Because of this, the Muria's family range of organic products is a delight to taste and it shows the result of our ancestral knowledge of the passionate world of beekeeping.
The Muria family isn't only committed to harvesting high quality honey. They also have always dedicated to spread the word about beekeeping culture and tradition. A clear example of that is Muria Apiarian Interpretation Centre, opened in 2011. A Centre with over 300 m2 of exposition, with a stunning video about the world of bees, large explicative panels, interactive elements a sensational route. Our educational workshop, our guided tour to the beehives at Muria's Natural Space - dressed as beekeepers - in the middle of nature, and many other activities have situated the company as a benchmark in the sector.
