It all began with the initiative of Pietro Castagno who built the old Mill in the early 1900s. The story continues thanks to the courage and vision of his son Bruno who, with his wife Mariagiustina, in the 1970s converted the entire production cycle to ORGANIC and in the 1980s built the Pasta Factory.
All our products are organically certified.
Over three generations our strength has been to use durum wheat, milling various kinds of organic cereals (spelt, oat, rice, corn, buckwheat, rye) and organic legumes (chickpeas, beans, lentils)..
We are involved in the complete cycle, from the selection of grains until it reaches your table.
We use only organic wheat. We dry slowly and at low temperatures, with care and attention to detail so our pasta can maintain the original flavour of the entire selection of our whole grains.
