A bit of history ...
Founded in 1953 by Maria and Franz Schumacher, the Conserverie et Moutarderie Belge (CMB) started with the production of mustard. The company located 5km from Aachen (Germany) was taken over in 1983 by her daughter Elvira Schumacher and their son-in-law Philippe Renson. For several years, the third generation has started with further product ideas and has initiated the development of new products that complement the current range: salad dressings and spreads. The CMB from Raeren was chosen as the best Walloon Family Company of 2018.
Our products are marketed under the brands "Filou", "La vache qui regarde passer les trains" and "La Délicieuse". All products are developed with the desire to give a real taste experience.
