Only bags have to be inserted and removed by hand.
The bag is vacuumed before filling, therefore a high filling capacity without foam formation is possible!
The mechanical sealing head presses the sealing valve onto the bag. The machine is therefore suitable for both hot and cold filling.
The changeover to different bag filling quantities is quickly possible via a rotary switch (e.g. 3, 5 & 10 litres).
Large, clear and easy to operate text display.
For reasons of hygiene, clamp fittings that can be dismantled without tools are used in the filling area.
CIP cleaning possible (CIP = Cleaning In Place) Steam sterilisation possible.
Drip-free filling needle.
The filler is suitable for mobile use.
The dosing is carried out by an impeller wheel counter.
The machine contains the standard gripping head for the “Standard VITOP” tap.
Wash-Down design – stainless steel housing with smooth surfaces.
The machine complies with CE safety and building regulations.
Insert empty bag.
Press start button
– Tap is removed automatically
– Filling head swings automatically into filling position
– Automatic bag vacuuming and filling
– The tap is automatically opened.
Remove the filled bag
Including additional equipment for CIP cleaning and spring-loaded bag collar holder and special, drip-free filling needle, with mechanical filling counter, magnetic inductive measuring system.
Additionally: Independent filling and closing of the bag, filling is possible without interruption as filling takes place alternately and therefore does not have to be stopped during the bag change. Bag presence check, quick start buttons
Dimensions LxBxH 700 x 600 x 900 mm (total height if lever is on top).
Electrical connection: Primary 230V, secondary 24V power supply.
Weight 35 kg
Compressed air: min. 5 bar
Filling capacity: 2900 litres/hour for 5-litre bags or 3800 litres/hour for 10-litre bags.
without buffer tank
This pasteurizer unites longevity, automated functions and linear design. The "tube in tube" heat exchanger is chemically and mechanically easy to clean end-to-end.
Viscose and solids containing products can be pasteurized (depending on product pumps).
The standard impeller pump for gentle product conveyance has an integrated dry-running protection, a sliding ring seal and is temperature-resistant. Both the heating circuit pump and the expansion vessel are already fully integrated.
The selection of the system components presupposes long-lasting industrial quality. Operation via the touch display is simple and offers both automatic and manual operating functions.
The pasteurisation temperature can be set simply by entering the numbers on the touch display.
Manual or controlled valve assemblies on the inlet side of the product pump and at the outlet of the pasteuriser allow quick and easy media changes with low power losses and simple and fast cleaning. As the next automation step for products with different flow temperatures, it is possible to change the working speed of the automatic filler with the flow meter. The general goal here is constant pasteurisation and filling.
Power output and temperature accuracy of +/- 0.5°C. The modular design of the machine allows a connection to any heating system, whether electric, fossil or renewable energy.
The generous space in the switch box, the state-of-the-art development and the sophisticated options allow any basic pasteurizer to be easily upgraded.
Flash pasteuriser for carbonated beverages such as beer, lemonade, cider...
The short time heating works in four steps. The incoming cold medium is preheated in the energy recovery system. In the second step, the heated medium is pumped into the pasteuriser section of the plate exchanger via an additional product pump and heated to the required temperature. From here, the medium flows to step three in a defined heat-holding section, where it is kept at the required temperature. After the heat retention zone, the medium flows back into the heat recovery section and releases heat energy to the cold incoming medium. The outflowing medium that has already cooled down in this way is now fed into the active cooling system. Here it can be cooled with glycol or ice water to such an extent that the input temperature and the output temperature are the same.
The plant is controlled by a Siemens Simatic which is installed in a stainless steel switch cabinet in hygienic design. All important parameters, variables and displays for the operator are displayed on a touch panel. The machine can be operated in two operating modes via the panel. Here we distinguish between automatic and manual operation. The operator can choose between the input of pasteurizer units PE or the input of the temperature. In PE mode, the controller calculates the required temperature depending on the flow rate.
With selected pumps, valves and control technology, it is possible to heat and cool media in a targeted manner. A high back pressure in the system prevents outgassing of the medium even at high pasteurisation temperatures. All sensors are FDA approved and dead space free or reduced. Our renowned suppliers guarantee a worldwide and fast spare parts supply.
