Coronilla is a Bolivian-German family company. In 1997, we started focusing on developing top quality, gluten free and organic products made of Quinoa, Amaranth, Sorghum, Chia, Cañawa and other Andean Grains. Besides Andean Grains we also have a plant based line of pastas made of lentil, mungo bean, cauliflower, turmeric and others super food ingredients. Coronilla began exporting in 1997. We have 47 years in the pasta & snacks business and our manufacturing facility is 100% gluten free dedicated since 1999.
Coronilla develops products with high nutritional value within a functional line of allergen-free organic foods. We offer a wide range of products in seven different categories: pastas, soups, cereals, snacks (sweet and salty), flour pre-mixes, cookies and dehydrated foods.
Coronilla offers all our products for private labels and we also have our brand "Bio XXI" with distributing partners in several countries. We can handle bulk presentations for the food service industry in all of our products.
We are effectively a gluten-free food supplier of a several customers worldwide (20 countries all over Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zeland and South Africa).
