- Allevamenti di Nerviano società agricola, headquartered in Nerviano but with farms in Lombardy, Veneto and Piedmont;
- Fumagalli Industria Alimentari S.p.A, headquartered in Tavernerio (Como);
- Stagionature Fumagalli S.r.l, headquartered in Langhirano (Parma) where Prosciutto di Parma is deboned and sliced.
The company is characterized by a completely owned supply chain and by a traceability system, where a single entity produces, manage and control the entire process from genetics to the final product.
