The goats that produce the pure organic milk, used in the production of «Veloudo» yoghurt, browse in the dense forests of mountain Paiko, in Pella, Greece. Every day, our farmers collect the milk with their own hands and process the yoghurt with the traditional way of drainage using a cloth, named «tsadila». This procedure gives our
yoghurt its velvety texture and incomparable taste. Veloudo yoghurt has been awarded by the Great Taste Awards, which indicates the uniqueness of our product.
