Bourbon vanilla powder is obtained after a rigorous aromatic selection of pods which are then finely ground to obtain a homogeneous powder easily usable. Like all products made from the Planifolia variety, EUROVANILLE Bourbon vanilla powder has a strong rich flavour, dominated by vanilla and fruit aromas.

The liquid Planifolia from Madagascar vanilla extract is characterized by fruity-grape, spicy and woody flavour notes. Its texture is slightly thick and its taste intense.

Organic Bourbon vanilla paste is made from ground vanilla, invert sugar, water and gum tragacanth (a natural thickening agent).Like all Planifolia products, Eurovanille’s Bourbon vanilla paste has a strong rich perfume, dominated by vanilla and fruit fragrance. The vanilla paste has similar advantages to vanilla extract. It has the same aromatic qualities as vanilla pods but is easier to use with its even texture and flavour and it requires no heat.
