MOSTELLO is an innovative pear dessert wine and an innovation developed in-house. This quality drink is produced using the port wine method. Following the port wine inspiration, we enrich the product using cider pears from the local region.
Ripe and healthy pears are harvested and very carefully pressed into juice, which then ferments. The fermentation is then interrupted by the addition of pear distillate. This mixture is then transferred to oak casks where it is stored for three years. We promote the maturing of MOSTELLO by storage in the open air in contrast to the habit worldwide of maturation in warehouses in very warm or hot regions. Our casks spend a whole year outside in temperatures of + 30 degrees in summer and -20 in winter
MOSTELLO is not spoilt and not filtered and therefore remains in its natural state. So-called “Alpine Ageing” develops a very special effect such that the herby alpine air generates very unusual and characteristic aromas. What results is amber –colored, clear and slightly fortified drink.
Storage in barrique barrels develops a unique and exquisite dessert pear-wine composition, which in the nose is reminiscent of honey wine. On the palate, it is full-bodied and reminds one of juicy plums. It has a strong character on the palate, is pleasantly warming and has a fruity pear aroma with fresh and pleasant acidity.
According to taste and preference, it can be drunk by room temperature - 18 degrees or chilled to 8 degrees then enjoyed in a MOSTELLO glass.
An excellent aperitif is a first-class accompaniment to fruit sweets and ideal with tangy cheeses. We recommend MOSTELLO with green and blue cheeses It is also a perfect choice to improve the flavour of any and all sweets and pastries.
For our gin we only use organic juniper, coriander, lavender and orange peel, which grow in Italy and Croatia and cubeb pepper from Indonesia. O.Gin is made of 24 different herbs and spices. We attach great importance to the refreshing flavours in Gin, therefore we use lemon
and orange peel. But it must not be too intrusive and it has to harmonize with juniper and coriander. The cubeb pepper gives the O.Gin a fine spicy note. The rest of the recipe remains a secret. The herbs and spices are carefully weighed and mixed. The botanicals are
macerated several days in high-percentage organic wheat distillate, so the flavours can be better absorbed by the alcohol. Then the mixture is distilled in our distillery. The high-proof O.Gin is aged up to one year in stainless steel so that it still can better develop his character. After the aging process the Gin gets his drinkable strength, 40% vol. alc. This is made with water from our own spring in Upper Austria. Due to the exceptionally high water
quality of the gin gets its very mild and soft finish.
O.Gin sparkles in the glass like a brilliant, clear, with a slight blue tinge. The palate is characterized by a mild spiciness, finesse in the game of juniper and orange flavors, delicate acidity and refined sharpness in the finish.

„Squeaky clean with light floral notes, warming glow on entry to the mouth, soft and clean with the alcohol giving impression of slight sweetness”
We exclusively use organic wheat for the production of O.Vodka. It is sensitively mashed and thirty times destilled. This guarantees the purity and clarity of the product.
Water is one of the most important ingredients for Vodka. We have an own source of water with high- quality ingredients. After storage for at least one year, our Organic Vodka takes its absolute balance and mildness and reaches its incomparable character.
O.Vodka presents itself slightly fruity, with a subtle sweetness, and is also incredibly mild
The swiss pine grows in the Austrian alps. The swiss pines are the small cones of the pine trees. These trees can grow up to 25 m and can age up to 1000 years. The purple female cones are picked and then macerated. After that the spirit is refined with organic beet sugar.
Very decent and elegant nose smelling like resin and fresh tree bark, very fresh on the palate and sweet taste with a combination of pine nuts, cinnamon and clove, lingering finish.
