At the river Elbe we produce already since 1995 organic sour preserves. The raw products come from the direct surrounding countryside if it is possible, e.g. from Bioland Schleswig Holstein.
Nowadays our enterprise is BCS an IFS and Kosher certified and with the brand Marschland turns out products from ecological cultivation for organic food specialized trade.
Imported articles as pineapple, tropical fruit cocktail, sour cherries complement our native organic articles like gherkins, sourcrout, red beets, red cabbage, celery an gourd.
Our special appreciation enjoys the mild milk-sourly fermented sourcrout which ist harvested between October and March and is filled into tins, glasses and foil bags.
