Our uniqueness is that we produce chocolate still ourselves - without using ready couverture.
COCOA raw chocolates 15 g ONE BITE are produced in our manufacture from unroasted raw cocoa beans to bar. We do not use the ready couverture. The production process of raw chocolate is demanding and time consuming. At the end we receive product with intensive, deep taste that is velvet, creamy, soft and melts in mouth – which appears rarely in raw chocolates. All this is worth patience and every effort.
Raw chocolate is milk- , colorant-, harmful substances - , soy- and gluten-free; in opposite to traditional chocolates which we usually find on shelves of the shops. On the contrary – it is rich in valuable mineral supplements. It consists of unroasted cocoa beans, cocoa butter and coconut blossom sugar, which has the exceptionally low glycemic index (GI35). We do not use any preservatives, aromas neither any other supplements.
Raw chocolate is not exposed to high temperatures during production process. The raw unroasted cocoa beans are processed in the temperature not exceeding 45° C. Raw, unroasted cocoa beans are delicately ground and carefully conched for over 60 hours. Thanks to this the deep aromas and valuable micronutrients, flavonoids and antioxidants from the raw cocoa are most widely retained. Magnesium is the most important element contained in raw chocolate; it helps in stress management. Raw chocolate is also rich in phosphorus, the so called “beauty element” which has positive influence on our skin, hair and nails. What is more – for raw chocolate the antioxidative features are characteristic- they delay aging process and support the immune system. Raw chocolate contributes also to better mood and boosts concentration.
