Acetaia Leonardi is a family run, closed loop Balsamic Vinegar Farm since 1871.
Located in Magreta, in the Countryside of Modena, it has been producing for more than four generations exclusive Balsamic Vinegar obtained according to the tradition.
The result of working exclusively the traditional way is a wide range of genuine products, 100% natural, free of any kind of chemical agent like caramel, colorants or preservatives and with a real traceability throughout the producing path.
The dark brown colour is reached just only the long ageing in our wooden barrela (here we have more than 3500)
This is the main difference in comparison to industrial producers, who uses a lot of wine vinegar blended with chemical additives, colorant, caramel ecc. We have special products for Christmas, wonderful packaging, bigger tanks for restaurants, etc..
Our organic line is really very wide and it offers a great range of products and ageing – up to 15 years, with exclusive packaging
