Antica Cucina Bio was founded in 1994 by Milena Marchini, a qualified chef, who has a passion for healthy food.
The company produce only organic bakery products, using its own recipes.
The products are distributed by speciality retailers and large-scale retailers.
The mission of Antica Cucina Bio is to offer products, which improve people’s health and to satisfy the needs of all consumers, even the vegans and vegetarians ones.
Since 1994, Antica Cucina Bio has been following this mission, using traditional recipes and baking methods for its own products.
Antica Cucina Bio wants to be firmly present in all European markets and to support all its partners, with the distribution and the knowledge of organic products.
For its recipes, the firm uses high quality ingredients such as spelt flour, Cappelli durum wheat flour, fresh vegetables, extra virgin olive oil, Cervia salt, goat cheese, lactose free mozzarella, spices and seeds.
The most of part of products are suitable for vegetarians, while the ones without mozzarella, ham and goat cheese are appropriated for vegans.
