We aim to provide high quality standards and develop new products that exceeds the expectations of our esteemed clients, in terms of taste, nutritional value and packaging presentation: for example we have developed nitrites-free products both in our conventional and organic lines, and we are focusing our attention on packaging materials with a low environment impact.
All around Italian territory, we supply the most well-known and prestigious great distribution chains and we are market leader in Italy in the salami sales within the supermarkets. GOLFERA is one of the most technologically advanced companies in its line of business, and the quality of its products is recognized at international level.
The production has a covered surface of 20 thousand square meters. There are different production units dedicated to salami, mortadella, prosciutto cotto, bresaola, pancetta and pre-cooked products. We have also facilities for the pre-sliced production divided into three cleanrooms.
Golfera has received the IFS and BRC certificates, having in this way the international standard requirements for the food safety in the GDO.
The company has developed an important energetic program, including a photovoltaic plant, that allows a global saving of CO2 emissions and in January 2016 we have been awarded with the “ENERGIA DOC” logo, that certifies that 100% of the electric energy used comes from renewable hydroelectric plants located in our region.

Eco Pack: the new eco-packaging by Golfera. Our packaging is environmentally friendly. It uses 70% less plastic compared to traditional packaging and the tray is made of FSC and fully recyclable: a true innovation in the materials used for the Protective Atmosphere packaging of pre-sliced on the market today.
