To-go and convenience shelves in the trade are growing steadily, as is many consumers’ awareness for good nutrition and a sustainable lifestyle. With our Bowl to Go, we have developed a healthy alternative to traditional fast food: a succulent delicatessen salad consisting of pulses, high-quality vegetables and excellent seasonings. Thanks to the spork included, you can always eat the “bowl” anywhere. This is our reaction to the megatrend of the so-called Buddha bowls and simultaneously serve the to-go market. The four different bowl types have innovative recipes and are rich in superfoods, proteins and fibres. The bowls can be kept in the environmentally friendly glass uncooled for 10 months. After we introduced our Soup to Go – a soup when on the move or as a snack – onto the market in the summer, the NAbio to-go line will now be extended.
The many Ayurvedic seasonings are excellently blended with sweet potatoes and cauliflower in the chickpea bowl, it also has a mild Indian touch, refined with fruity apricot.
